Terms and Conditions

Payment

Purchase & Delivery of Skip Bags:
Customers are required to pay for the skip bags in full before delivery.
Collection:
Full payment must be made before scheduling waste removal. Payments can be processed over the phone. Credit card transactions may incur a surcharge.
Direct deposit transactions may take up to 48 hours to process. If waste removal is needed before the payment appears in Sunny Skip Bags' account, proof of payment, such as a screenshot or remittance advice, may be required.
Note: We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
Additional Charges:
Excessive volume or weight of skip bags may result in extra charges, which will be discussed with you at the time of collection.

Prohibited Waste

Regulated Waste:
Items such as tyres, asbestos, mattresses, or liquids must not be placed in the skip bags.
Sunny Skip Bags does not provide services for the removal of regulated or toxic waste.
Customers will be responsible for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred due to non-compliance with this clause.
Solid Materials:
For 2m³ and 3m³ bags, solid materials (e.g., soil, clay, rocks, concrete, and masonry) must not exceed 25% of the bag's total volume.
If you're unsure, contact Sunny Skip Bags to ensure the safe working capacity of the bag is not exceeded.

Bag Usage & Access

Overfilling:
Bags must not be overfilled. Waste should remain below the bag’s wall height. Overfilling may result in additional fees for extra bags or waste sorting.
Access for Collection:
Customers must ensure the skip bag is easily accessible for collection. Our vehicle requires safe parking within 3 meters of the bag.
If safe access is not provided, our driver reserves the right to refuse collection. The customer will have 48 hours to provide clear access and reschedule collection. If this is not achieved, Sunny Skip Bags will not offer a refund.

Indemnity

Property Damage:
Sunny Skip Bags will not be held responsible for damage to property if clear access is not provided during bag removal.
Sunny Skip Bags accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by truck tires
